By using the Killer Pool app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
User Conduct
- You agree not to use offensive usernames.
- You agree not to manipulate scores or attempt to "hack" the leaderboard rankings.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials.
Disclaimers & Liability
- Scorekeeping Only: This app is a digital tool for tracking games of Killer Pool. The developer is not responsible for any real-world disputes, wagers, or injuries occurring during physical gameplay.
- Venue Accuracy: The Find a Pool Hall feature is for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue locations or hours.
- Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the app at any time without notice.
Advertisements and Third-Party Links
The Killer Pool app may display advertisements and links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
- No Endorsement: The presence of an advertisement does not imply endorsement by Killer Pool.
- Third-Party Content: We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party ad providers or websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such content.
Intellectual Property
The "Killer Pool" logo and app interface are protected by copyright. Users may not replicate the app's functionality for commercial use without permission.
App Store & Play Store Terms
These terms supplement the standard terms of service provided by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
